We are seeking a n Sales Manager for our client Sheldon's Harley Davidson in Auburn, MA. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven leader to drive growth. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in motorcycle, powersports or automotive sales or related retail sales management required. Qualified candidates will have a prior track record of top-notch customer satisfaction scoring, Strong leadership skills, demonstrate proficiency in CRM and technology sales tools, and know how to multi-task. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly, and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and Motivate Sales Team: Hire, coach, mentor, and motivate sales personnel to achieve sales goals and exceed targets

Sales Strategy and Planning: Execute our proven sales process focusing on customer satisfaction

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive buying experience from start to finish.

Sales Operations: Manage sales department operations, including daily activities, lead follow-up, and paperwork.

Performance Management: Track and analyze sales data, provide feedback to sales personnel, and implement performance improvement plans.

Compliance and Procedures: Ensure adherence to dealership policies and procedures, including sales processes and financial guidelines.
