Your role FSI is seeking a high‑velocity Account Executive with a proven track record of success in Healthcare, Facilities, Biomedical or SaaS software space. Your primary role will be to continue to drive significant subscription and service revenue growth. We’re wrapping up a record year here at FSI and looking for someone that can join the team and make an immediate impact. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the requisite experience to further their career selling SaaS products to hospitals and other healthcare providers in a designated territory within the United States.

Your responsibilities

Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of FSI’s flagship products and services to prospects based on the prospect's needs and priorities.

Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority.

Meet or exceed your quarterly sales quota.

Own the success of your territory by defining goals and creating a detailed plan.

Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.

Supplement your pipeline by completing lead‑generating activities.

What you’ll bring to the team

3‑6 years’ experience as a quota‑carrying sales representative and/or sales prospecting experience.

Insight and experience selling software into the hospital industry.

Contacts in the Healthcare Facilities or Clinical Engineering space.

Significant understanding of the Central US healthcare market.

Ability to engage with senior executives.

Self‑motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Genuine customer empathy.

Team player mentality to ensure customer success.

Organized with strong time‑management skills.

CRM management skills.

Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Office 365.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A thirst for knowledge and growth in an early‑stage environment.

A sense of urgency and persistence.

Proven success working remotely.

Work Location Remote position. Candidates are ideally located in the South Central region of the United States. Travel is required.

Compensation Compensation for this role will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and work location. The expected base salary range is $70,000 to $100,000.
