Providence Medical Group's Hillcrest clinic is seeking an experienced board-certified Family Medicine physician to join its well-established Primary Care team in Southern Oregon. In addition to direct-patient care, you will have a defined leadership role as Medical Director overseeing the primary care clinic. Position Details

Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (0.9 FTE clinical + 0.1 FTE Medical Director)

Dedicated time for leadership responsibilities include quality improvement projects, supervision, and serve as clinical lead for the practice

You'll also have the mentorship and support from the current Area Medical Director during a transition period

Paneled position; outpatient care only

Option to work 4 or 4.5 days a week; Monday to Friday

Qualifications & Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of practice experience and board-certified in Family Medicine
