Position Overview The Content Marketing Associate brings the brand to life across digital platforms by planning, developing, and producing content that drives inbound visibility and growth. The role supports the company's digital footprint through B2B campaigns, email marketing, social media execution, and technical content development that supports lead generation. This role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative self-starter with a strong sense of brand alignment.
Essential Job Functions Content Development & Production
Plan, develop, and produce short-form and digital content across platforms to support brand awareness and lead generation.
Ability to do in-house editing of social and video content; support photography/videography needs, facilitate photoshoots as needed, managing timelines to ensure assets are shot, edited, and delivered on schedule.
Manage and coordinate outside visual production, including bidding process, vendor relationships, timelines, and deliverables.
Help strategize the corporate content strategy and research key industry trends to inform content direction and messaging.
Asset Management
Manage and maintain the verified asset libraries for each business unit, ensuring accuracy, brand compliance, and accessibility.
Adhere to asset best practices and implement revision updates as standards evolve.
Assist in reviewing, organizing, and selecting final assets for marketing use.
Organize and maintain image and video assets for multi-channel use.
Resize and prepare images for various platforms (social, web, email, etc.).
Strategically plan, schedule, and manage marketing assets to support new products, promotions, posts, and brand content across platforms.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date structure of assets.
Email Marketing
Create, schedule, and deploy email campaigns including newsletters, product announcements, promotional content, and nurture sequences in support of B2B lead generation efforts.
Develop compelling email copy and select/prepare visual assets that align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
Build and maintain email lists, manage audience segmentation, and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and opt-in/opt-out best practices.
Execute A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Monitor and report on email campaign performance metrics, integrating findings into the broader content analytics platform.
Coordinate email campaigns with social media, paid media, and web content to ensure cohesive cross-channel messaging.
Social Media & Digital Advertisement Support
Manage a focused paid media budget by executing highly targeted campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Own the corporate social strategy by sharing company news and industry insights to build content.
Create monthly KPI dashboards using analytics to report on web traffic, engagement, lead generation performance, and social metrics.
Build and maintain an evergreen analytics platform to measure and demonstrate the impact of content and media initiatives on business financial performance.
Monitor and manage Google Business Profiles and key industry review platforms to protect and enhance corporate reputation across all business units; oversee and moderate online communities, including Facebook Groups, Reddit, and Discord.
Strategically plan and announce products and releases across all social platforms.
Maintain brand narrative through social announcements, selecting/preparing assets for posts and digital advertisements.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure digital leads are captured and routed correctly.
Support customer service efforts by responding to direct messages (DMs) across platforms with timely, accurate responses.
Repost and archive media relevant to the brand.
Team & Department
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to execute campaigns and projects.
Contribute to creation, implementation, and refinement of new systems and marketing initiatives.
Perform additional duties/tasks as needed or requested by management.
Qualifications
1-3 years of directly related experience in content marketing or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
Ability to write professional, industry-relevant copy and translate technical manufacturing capabilities into clear marketing benefits.
Proven track record of improving organic search rankings (SEO) and driving traffic without relying solely on paid ads.
Experience creating and managing email campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact.
Proficient in WordPress and Shopify content management systems. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.
Proficient user of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Office) – working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent oral, written, listening, and presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate complex information to others.
Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
Proven ability to perform under deadlines, to adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
Must be an effective team player, collaborative.
Creative with the ability to keep up with and capitalize on various trends.

Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Education/Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Will consider non-degreed with relevant experience.
Google Analytics Certification.
HubSpot Email Marketing Certification (preferred).
