Team Digital Experiences — Experience Management / Solution Experience Strategists
What you’ll build You will lead and scale a high-performing Solution Experience Strategy function that delivers consistent, end-to-end solution-category experiences across SAP.com, SAP Store, and integrated marketing journeys. As a people-first leader you’ll drive operational excellence—capacity planning, governance, quality assurance, and portfolio assignments—so strategists can act as accountable experience owners. You’ll translate business and revenue goals into experience strategies that improve traffic, engagement, hand-raisers, marketing-sourced pipeline, and SAP Store revenue. Partnering with DCC, Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Design, you’ll establish performance benchmarks, run data-driven optimization cycles, and reinforce the Experience Management model across PODs to reduce escalations, improve conversion, and raise stakeholder confidence.
What you bring
10+ years working on CMS-driven websites and digital experience strategy, including two or more CMS migrations
Proven track record in translating business/revenue goals into digital experience strategies and measurable outcomes
People leadership experience (preferred 3+ years) with a focus on coaching, capacity planning, and performance management
Strong operational skillset: governance, portfolio management, operating rhythms, and quality assurance
Data-driven decision maker: analytics, experimentation, and optimization mindset to meet performance targets
Excellent stakeholder management across marketing, product, commerce, and analytics teams; B2B/CMS implementation experience preferred

Compensation Range Transparency SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 168,800‑385,500 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
