
Product Marketing Specialist

The Product Marketing Specialist will play a key role in ramping up marketing initiatives and driving revenue growth and platform adoption. This individual will work closely with a small marketing team, as well as Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, to support and achieve company goals.

Responsibilities
Manage Ensight’s social media marketing, including planning, launching, and evaluating the performance of organic and paid social posts and campaigns
Collaborate on the creation and execution of marketing emails, landing pages, and campaign content focused on customer retention, user engagement, and lead generation
Own day‑to‑day management of HubSpot and Salesforce CRMs, including contact, company, and deal imports and exports, list management, and ongoing database cleanliness
Maintain and organize Ensight’s content library, ensuring materials remain accurate, relevant, and up to date as the product evolves
Partner closely with product and customer success teams to understand product features and translate them into clear, compelling marketing messages
Own the marketing calendar and coordinate project timelines, ensuring campaigns, emails, social posts, and launches ship on schedule
Lead and coordinate with team on tradeshow and conference schedules and bookings.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field
Experience
2+ years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in a growth, product, or lifecycle marketing role
Experience in financial services or insurance, such as Life Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, or Annuities
Experience managing marketing execution across multiple channels including email, content, and social
Experience using AI LLM tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar) to support marketing work such as ideation, copy refinement, or content creation
Optional/Nice to Have
Experience in B2B or B2C SaaS, ideally within financial technology or insurance
Experience working with Salesforce Lightning CRM
Experience with WordPress
Skills
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning CRM (nice to have)
Ability to create and edit marketing content across formats including emails, landing pages, blogs, and social posts
Comfortable using AI LLM tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar) for marketing tasks such as ideation, drafting, and refinement
Solid written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across audiences and channels
Familiarity with hosting and supporting webinars using platforms such as Zoom, WebEx, or similar tools
Organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Must have a strategic mind and vision for new marketing channels or ideas
High emotional intelligence and relationship‑building skills
Demonstrated success in collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams, fostering a cooperative environment to achieve shared goals
A strong commitment to ongoing personal and professional development, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and advancements
Adaptability to changing market dynamics
Must be willing to quickly pivot focus on key projects depending on where the marketing team is needed
