Position Summary The Senior Associate Account Manager supports the day‑to‑day management of middle‑market and large accounts byassistingwith routine service activities, renewal coordination, and the maintenance ofaccuratepolicy and client records. This role requires a strong focus on delivering responsive, high‑quality service to both external clients and internal team members, contributing to overall client satisfaction and account retention.
Primary Responsibilities
Set up andmaintainaccount details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
Summarize loss history, analyze and interpret the data for the client.
Summarize current programs and expiring exposures. Able to review coverage forms andidentifydifferences.
Leverage templates and system generated letters to draftproposals, stewardship reports,and other presentations / reports related to large and complex clients.
Draft andfinalize finance contracts, billing allocationsand review carrier invoices
Coordinate andfinalizepolicyand endorsementcheck. Can review coverage andidentifydifferences.
Coordinateaudits andeffectivelyresolve audit disputes.
Document and process cancellations and non‑renewals. Independentlyinitiatethe pre‑renewal process.
Work Experience
2+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty
Professional Licenses/Certifications
Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license
Essential Skills/Competencies
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting.
Proficient in agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier sites.
Possesses anintermediateunderstanding of property and casualty coverage.
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co‑workers and clients and able to work in a team environment.Understands the urgencyin various tasks and consistently meets timelines.
Able to quickly find common ground, solve problems, meet qualitystandardsand achieve urgent tasks.
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Able to follow a well‑established and familiar set of activities and/orprocessto derive a solution.
Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with some instruction and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Works to achieve statedobjectivesanddeliversresultsatthe close direction of a senior team member.
Education
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand‑up/sit‑down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of forcefrequentlyto lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Typing, grasping, and repetitive motion typically isrequiredevery day, and walking and standingare required occasionally.
