Our partner is looking for ServiceNow ITAM Engineer to design, build, and optimize asset management solutions in real-world environments. Job Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize ServiceNow ITAM solutions (HAM & SAM) in real-world environments.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, including data mapping and Flow Designer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with procurement systems, ideally SAP Ariba.
Ensure timely delivery of tasks and active participation in meetings, maintaining strong communication standards.
Job Requirements
Great English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken).
5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM), including real build experience.
Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being on time for meetings is crucial).
Strong integration skills with REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, and Flow Designer.
Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with procurement systems, preferably SAP Ariba.
Nice to Have
Experience with ServiceNow Procurement and full PO/PR lifecycle workflows.
Exposure to CMDB, Discovery, and broader ITSM/ITOM ecosystem.
Familiarity with financial processes, vendor management, and contract structures.
Comfort with reporting, dashboards, and tools like Power BI.
