NTC JISR Air Defense / Counter UAS Analyst / Trainer (AT) Level 2
Chitra Productions, Florida, NY, United States
Chitra Productions seeks a highly qualified Air Defense / Counter-UAS (C-UAS) Training (Level 2) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide direct professional services and instructional support to Army Rotational Training Units (RTU). Working as an integral member of the Joint ISR (JISR) Training Team, you will ensure that the T2COM G-2 Operational Environment (OE) is realistically replicated through the lens of air defense.
As the Air Defense SME, your primary mission is to train and mentor Soldiers and leaders on the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) required to detect, identify, and defeat Group 1-3 UAS threats within a Large Scale Combat Operations (LSCO) framework. You will transition high-level intelligence insights into tangible field training, helping units bridge the gap between emerging technology and maneuver-based battlefield execution. Candidates should possess recent real-world operational experience in contested, high-intensity theaters, such as Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) deployments to EUCOM and Indo-PACOM region, or experience managing mobile air defense umbrellas in support of major combat operations. By providing “over-the-shoulder” coaching and formal feedback rooted in these high-tempo operational realities, you enable Army forces to out-think and out-maneuver peer adversaries in a contested multi-domain environment.

Contested Environment Survivability: Proven ability to instruct on Electronic Protection (EP), Emission Control (EMCON), and signature management to ensure unit survivability against peer-level electronic surveillance.
Staff Integration & MDMP: Experience contributing to the Joint Engagement Sequence and the synchronization of ADA assets within the maneuver commander’s scheme of maneuver.
Instructional Delivery: Demonstrated capability in delivering technical seminars and providing “over-the-shoulder” coaching to Brigade Combat Team (BCT) to Division (DIV) leadership and 14-series operators.
