Join our team as a Marketing Manager! You'll lead the charge in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive store traffic, boost sales, and enhance brand recognition for our chain of 25 stores in Central and Southern Illinois. This role is perfect for someone who understands local marketing dynamics, retail trends, and customer behavior in a fast‑paced environment.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our growing organization. You'll travel between stores to support marketing initiatives, collaborating with on‑site teams to bring strategy to life at the local level. A company vehicle is provided for travel, with the added convenience of taking it home.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and Execute Campaigns : Drive in‑store traffic and sales with compelling marketing campaigns.
Develop Attractive Promotions : Create enticing promotions for our in‑store products that resonate with customers.
Coordinate Visual Merchandising : Oversee in‑store signage, displays, and promotional materials to ensure a visually appealing shopping experience.
Analyze and Optimize : Monitor sales data and campaign performance to refine strategies and achieve optimal results.
Ensure Brand Consistency : Maintain a unified brand presence across multiple store locations.
Manage Budgets and Vendors : Organize and manage the marketing budget, along with vendor relationships to maximize effectiveness.
Qualifications
Educational Background : A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous but can be supplemented with equivalent experience.
Experience : 2‑3 years in a marketing role, preferably within retail or multi‑location businesses, will give you a strong foundation.
Promotional Expertise : Experience with promotions, pricing strategies, and customer loyalty programs is a plus.
Strong Skills : Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills will help you thrive.
Adaptability : Experience in fast‑paced, multi‑location environments while maintaining a hands‑on, creative problem‑solving approach.
