EVEXIAS is seeking a marketing leader to help guide, manage, and collaborate with our internal marketing organization at EVEXIAS. This role partners closely with marketing, sales, practice support, operations, and leadership teams to bring strategic clarity, channel relevance, and practitioner-focused thinking to marketing initiatives. This person operates as a strategic collaborator and people leader, helping align priorities, elevate execution, and ensure marketing efforts effectively support both practitioners and their practice support teams. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Help advance and strengthen an established marketing strategy aligned to business growth, brand vision, and practitioner success Support, mentor, and collaborate with an existing internal marketing team across brand, digital, content, and channel initiatives Reinforce and refine existing priorities, workflows, and operating rhythms to drive clarity, consistency, and momentum Channel & Practitioner Marketing
Develop and execute channel marketing strategies that resonate with practitioners and their practice support teams (clinical, administrative, front-desk, and business staff) Translate complex health, wellness, and medical concepts into relevant, actionable marketing narratives Ensure marketing programs support practitioner adoption, engagement, retention, and practice growth Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner closely with Sales, Practice Support, Education, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment and relevance Ensure marketing initiatives support field execution and real-world practice needs Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, launches, campaigns, and training initiatives Digital, Lifecycle & Enablement Marketing
Contribute strategically to integrated marketing efforts across digital channels, including email, web, content, and marketing automation Partner with digital, CRM, and digital teams to help shape lifecycle, nurture, and enablement strategies that support practitioner engagement and practice growth Provide input and guidance on email marketing and CRM initiatives; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus, but not required Ensure digital and lifecycle efforts align with broader brand, channel, and practitioner marketing strategies Support the development of scalable processes, messaging frameworks, and performance insights across digital touchpoints Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including leading internal or in-house marketing teams Proven experience in channel marketing, ideally within healthcare, health & wellness, medical, or education-driven industries Strong understanding of practitioner-focused marketing and multi-stakeholder audiences Experience partnering closely with sales and operational teams Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus, not mandatory) Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills Comprehensive Benefits Package
