This role centers on editing engaging Instagram videos and reels using existing listing photos, video footage, and team content. The position requires a creative professional who can craft visually compelling stories that highlight properties, educate audiences, and showcase the lifestyle and communities represented by the team. The ideal candidate will play a key part in developing a consistent branded style and collaborating on long‑term content strategies.
Deliverables
Edit 3–4 short‑form videos per property listing for Instagram and related platforms
Transform listing photos, video footage, and team content into engaging, on‑brand video content
Produce educational and lifestyle videos featuring the team and local communities
Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute new content ideas
Deliver final videos in required formats and within agreed timelines
Requirements
Proven experience editing short‑form video content for Instagram or similar social platforms
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branded storytelling and visual pacing
Proficiency with industry‑standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Ability to work with provided assets (photos, footage) and create engaging narratives
Understanding of social media trends, especially within real estate or lifestyle sectors
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for high‑quality content
Availability for ongoing, long‑term collaboration
