Your Role Junior Video Producer & Editor
– you will be the primary driver of our video content, spending roughly 85% of your time on end‑to‑end video production and editing, from behind the camera to the final edit. You will ensure that our brand and customers look and sound professional in every frame.
Responsibilities
Field Production: lead the setup and execution of video shoots, managing camera operation, 3‑point lighting and high‑quality audio capture for interviews and customer case studies.
Narrative Editing: cut raw footage into engaging stories, ranging from 30‑second social clips to 3‑minute brand features.
Product Demos: partner with product teams to film and edit high‑quality platform walk‑throughs and feature announcements.
Technical Post‑Production: own the finish of every video, including color correction, audio leveling/mixing and polished intro/outro sequences.
Pre‑Production: assist in storyboarding, location scouting and preparing talent for camera time.
AI Tool Adoption: incorporate AI‑powered tools into creative and production workflows to improve efficiency, productivity and overall content quality.
Motion Graphics (Supporting Role)
Video Enhancements: create and implement motion titles, lower‑thirds and basic animated call‑outs to highlight key data points.
Job Requirements Must‑Haves
1–3 years of experience with a portfolio that proves you can shoot and edit professional‑grade video.
Production literacy: mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and foundational knowledge of After Effects for video titles and transitions.
On‑set skills: demonstrated ability to set up lighting and audio for “talking‑head” interviews independently.
Visual sense: strong sense of pacing, continuity and visual composition.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Visual design: experience with Photoshop or Illustrator for creating video thumbnails or basic marketing assets.
Web awareness: basic understanding of Figma or web design principles.
Storyboarding: ability to sketch out visual concepts during the planning phase.
SaaS interest: curiosity about how data and AI are transforming the enterprise landscape.
