To learn more, visit . * Partner closely with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager to coordinate campaign execution, QA, deployment and performance reporting across email and digital channels.* Own the execution, maintenance, and optimization of all automated demand generation and lead generation programs.* Manage and optimize multi-step nurture programs aligned to defined lifecycle stages and buyer journeys.* Oversee lead scoring models, lead state definitions, lifecycle triggers, routing rules, and handoff logic to ensure alignment between Marketing and Sales.* Monitor and continuously improve conversion rates across email, digital and lifecycle campaigns through testing and optimization.* Support the development and enforcement of marketing automation standards, governance, and documentation.* Partner with Marketing Operations and Salesforce stakeholders to ensure automation programs support pipeline growth, conversion efficiency, and data accuracy.* Identify opportunities to improve campaign scalability, performance visibility, and operational efficiency through automation best practices.* 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, demand generation and/or lead generation operations* Proven experience in B2B marketing automation, demand generation and lead lifecycle management* Strong understanding of lead scoring, nurturing strategies, and lifecycle progression within a sales-aligned marketing model* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; experience working within the broader Salesforce ecosystem is a plus* Experience managing B2B marketing campaigns; background in staffing, consulting, or professional services marketing is preferred* Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) automation programs amd multi-touch attribution models is desirable* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail* Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast paced, cross-functional environment* Competitive Salary* Health, Dental and Vision Insurance* Health Savings Accounts (HSA) with Employer Contribution* Flexible Spending Accounts* Long and Short-Term Disability* Life Insurance* Voluntary Benefits* Employee Assistance Program* Paid Parental Leave* Wellness Incentives* Vacation and Holiday Pay* 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match* Employee Stock Purchase* Training and Advancement opportunities* Tuition Reimbursement* Birthdays Off* Philanthropic Opportunities* Referral Program* Partial Gym Membership Paid* Team Building Events* Discount Programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
