We are seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Manager of Finance, Sales & Marketing, to join our Finance leadership team. This is a high-impact role for a strategic finance professional with strong business acumen and a collaborative mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Sales team within the Specialty Chemicals & Ingredients business unit and the Greenfield Global Marketing team, helping to shape and drive our growth agenda. We need someone who can lead all aspects of enterprise planning related to Sales and Marketing Finance while also executing and taking ownership of the day-to-day activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to oversee the development of advanced financial planning, modelling and analytics tools, and dashboards to support evidence-based decision making. We are seeking a Manager of Finance, Sales and Marketing, with a proven track record of success in leading meaningful change through hands-on execution. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership capabilities, including strategic agility, relationship building, effective collaboration with senior executives, business acumen, comfort navigating ambiguity, and the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver results. Works as advisor to the Vice President of both Sales and Marketing (and their leadership teams) to ensure the development of growth strategies for all segments and distribution channels. Maintains a thorough knowledge of the Company’s available products and pricing structures Meets regularly with sales management and sales personnel to review sales activity funnel (Salesforce) and customer retention and relationship activities. Participates with business unit leadership to develop and implement pricing strategy to meet Company objectives. Financial planning, supporting the Sales and Marketing teams in the enterprise planning cycles (Long range planning, Forecast, Budget) for the SC&I business unit. You will:

Design, manage, and analyze the annual and long-term plans. Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, forecasting, planning, and modeling tools. Support ad hoc requests.

Management Reporting. You will:

Produce accurate and timely financial reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders. Provide leadership in the development of performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to effectively track and monitor performance. Identify and assess the financial impact of opportunities and risks, including the development of mitigation strategies.

Value creation services: You will provide finance support to the SCI Sales and Marketing teams for financial related analysis including competitive analysis, pricing strategies, customer profitability and sales performance. Your Experience Should Include:

Proven experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to deliver high quality financial analysis, services, and results in a timely manner. Through your experience, you have gained extensive knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, multi-year strategic planning, modelling, and tool development. Multi-currency experience is an asset. Able to build strong, trusted, and collaborative working relationships and develop a robust network with internal and external stakeholders. You are a team player who consistently supports the team and broader organization whenever the need arises. Self-motivated, curious, and have a strong desire to make an impact. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Travel requirements will be based on business needs. Hybrid role 3 days in office, subject to change based on business needs.
