We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Luxury Destination Specialist to curate high-end, bespoke travel experiences for discerning clients. This role is ideal for someone with a deep knowledge of luxury destinations, premium travel services, and a passion for delivering exceptional, white‑glove service.
As a Luxury Destination Specialist, you will design personalized itineraries featuring exclusive resorts, private villas, first‑class flights, VIP experiences, and unique cultural encounters. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring every aspect of your client’s journey exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with high‑end clients to understand travel preferences, lifestyle, and expectations
Design customized luxury travel itineraries (honeymoons, private retreats, VIP getaways, group travel)
Recommend and book luxury accommodations, private transportation, and curated experiences
Coordinate premium services such as private guides, yacht charters, and concierge‑level amenities
Maintain relationships with luxury travel suppliers, hotels, and destination partners
Stay updated on luxury travel trends, exclusive openings, and high‑end experiences
Handle special requests, upgrades, and last‑minute changes with discretion and efficiency
Provide exceptional pre‑travel and in‑travel support
Ensure a seamless, stress‑free client experience from start to finish
Qualifications
Passion for luxury travel and high‑end customer service
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
Knowledge of global luxury destinations and cultures
Proficiency with booking tools and CRM systems is a plus
