We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic
Executive Director
to lead Residential Operations in
Southern New Jersey . This is a key leadership role for someone deeply committed to improving the lives of people with disabilities. The Executive Director oversees all aspects of operations, including compliance, program growth, budgeting, and workforce development. We are offering a robust salary along with exceptional benefits!

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with state licensing and reporting standards
Establish and lead an advisory board to support organizational growth and resource development
Identify operational challenges and implement effective, high-quality solutions
Develop and recommend policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery
Identify and pursue grant and funding opportunities
Lead fundraising initiatives to support organizational goals
Promote and maintain a positive public image aligned with the organization’s mission
Collaborate with local, state, and government agencies
Contribute to strategic planning, including short- and long-term goals
Cooperate fully with licensing bodies during inspections, inquiries, or investigations
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of administrative and supervisory experience (Master’s preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
Strong commitment to community-based services for individuals with disabilities
Knowledge of funding sources and entitlement programs
Strong public speaking and communication skills (including social media engagement)
Proven leadership experience with a team-oriented approach
Ability to pass background checks, registry screenings, and drug testing
