Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a senior-level individual contributor to drive growth across facilities advisory, capital planning, and portfolio-level capital program initiatives that support long-term asset performance and capital deployment strategies. This role focuses on originating and expanding relationships with corporate occupiers, institutional owners, and real estate portfolio managers responsible for facilities performance, capital planning, and asset lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is a facilities and capital programs business developer who brings an active book of business and established relationships with Facilities Directors, Corporate Real Estate leaders, and Asset Managers responsible for portfolio-level capital planning and facilities performance. The candidate demonstrates fluency in building systems, asset lifecycle performance, and capital planning considerations including mechanical systems, building envelope, roofing, infrastructure, and sustainability-related initiatives. The candidate must be able to independently shape pursuit strategies while collaborating effectively with technical sales team members. This role carries a revenue target and is responsible for building an early-stage pipeline of facilities advisory and capital planning engagements that convert into multi-phase capital programs, modernization initiatives, and capital project implementation opportunities. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Originate and expand strategic relationships with corporate occupiers, institutional owners, and real estate portfolio managers, leveraging an existing network of facilities, corporate real estate, and asset management contacts. Serve as the business development lead focused on facilities-driven opportunities including facility condition assessments, capital planning, deferred maintenance strategy, and sustainability initiatives. Identify opportunities to expand engagements through Partner’s broader service offerings including environmental, health and safety, building science, sustainability, and infrastructure advisory services. Guide clients from asset data collection and facility condition assessments through capital prioritization and long-range capital planning. Engage directly with Facilities Directors, Asset Managers, and Corporate Real Estate leaders to understand operational challenges, portfolio-level risks, asset performance issues, and capital investment constraints. Lead opportunity strategy, scope development, pricing strategy, and close plans while collaborating across Partner’s multidisciplinary teams. Collaborate with other sales and client development team members where appropriate while maintaining clear ownership of assigned accounts and opportunities. Participate in Go/No-Go decisions and contribute to pursuit strategy development for complex, multi-phase consulting and capital program engagements. Represent Partner at facilities-focused conferences, industry events, and key client meetings. SUCCESS MEASURES

Growth in bookings and revenue generated from facilities-driven advisory services including capital planning, deferred maintenance programs, facility modernization initiatives, and sustainability engagements. Consistent origination of multi-phase engagements valued at $100,000+ with a clear pipeline into capital program management and implementation services. Expansion of strategic client relationships into repeat engagements, portfolio-level advisory programs, and multi-year capital deployment initiatives. Strong conversion of early-stage planning engagements into longer-term capital programs. Reputation internally as a credible, disciplined, and collaborative business development leader. Origination of new strategic client relationships that generate long-term capital planning and capital program implementation opportunities. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Strong understanding of facilities management, building systems, and asset lifecycle planning. Proven success selling technical consulting services in a consultative, relationship-driven manner. Ability to translate facility condition data and capital needs into clear business, risk, and financial value. Demonstrated ability to independently develop scopes, pricing, and pursuit strategies. Comfortable collaborating with engineers, building scientists, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions. Highly professional, accountable, and client-focused. Willingness to travel as required to support strategic client relationships. QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred). 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within AEC, facilities consulting, building science, or capital planning environments. Active book of business with corporate occupiers and/or mixed-portfolio owners. Demonstrated success selling capital planning, deferred maintenance, and multi-phase consulting engagements typically valued at $100,000+. Fluency in facilities and building systems; exposure to sustainability, resilience, and environmental health and safety services is a plus. WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW

Partner is investing in this role to strengthen its ability to originate early-stage facilities and capital planning work and to more effectively convert those engagements into long-term, funded capital programs and implementation initiatives across client portfolios. This position plays a key role in expanding Partner’s presence with corporate occupiers and portfolio owners while enabling growth in capital program management and capital project implementation through disciplined, data-driven capital planning.
