Director of Marketing and Admissions (Project Management) A senior‑level role responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, educating them on facility services, and coordinating admissions for new residents.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, educating them on facility services.

Coordinate and manage the process of admitting new residents.

Ensure admission practices comply with federal and state regulations, maintaining accurate records.

Collaborate with nursing, administrative, social services, and referral source teams.

Provide a supportive and engaging environment for residents and their families.

Skills Needed

Sales Experience:

Identify customer needs, promote products and services, build client relationships, and manage the sales pipeline.

Supportive Presence:

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents, prospects, and loved ones.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with referral sources, nursing, administrative, and social services departments.

Teamwork:

Work toward a common goal of excellent care for residents.

Attention to Detail:

Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or three years equivalent experience.

Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and a commitment to senior care excellence.

Demonstration of C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence.

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes preferred.
