Description:
The Director of Operations and Analytics provides strategic leadership and oversight of district operational processes, systems and data analytics. This position ensures efficient district operations, optimizes resource allocations, and drives data-informed decision-making to support student learning and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management, data analytics, or a related field (preferably in education or public sector).
Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting tools, and operational process improvement.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
