Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for an Experience Design Specialist in Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).
Contract Duration: 6+ months with possible extension or conversion
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
5+ years creating wireframes, workflows, personas, and scenarios that enhance user experience and improve efficiency metrics
5+ years experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization
Experience with Collaboration tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Knowledge and understanding of UI (User Interface)
Knowledge and understanding of mobile platforms
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Knowledge and understanding of Agile
Knowledge and understanding of financial services regulatory environment a plus
What You Will Be Doing
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term experience design challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
