Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually
Help Group is seeking a forward‑thinking
Director of Technology and Innovation
to lead our cloud‑first technology environment supporting 600+ staff across all locations. You’ll guide critical systems—Microsoft 365, Salesforce, PowerSchool, and Welligent—while developing a high‑performing team and driving major advancements in data strategy, cybersecurity, and AI adoption. If you're a strategic, hands‑on Technology and Innovation leader ready to make a real impact in education and mental health services, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT strategy, innovation, and multi‑year planning
Oversee enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and identity/access management
Drive cybersecurity programs and risk management
Expand data dashboards, reporting tools, and AI‑enabled solutions
Manage daily IT operations, service delivery, and endpoint management
Lead and develop the IT team
Oversee vendors, major projects, and the IT budget
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in IT/CS/IS required; Master’s preferred
8–10 years of progressive IT leadership (ideally 300+ employee organizations)
Experience with cloud SaaS, cybersecurity, integrations, and data governance
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, PowerSchool, Welligent
Background in education, healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit is a plus
