Assist with developing theme, framework and agenda under leadership and/or client guidance. Single point of contact for all ELT/SLT hosted events.### **Required Job Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of experience in corporate event planning including contracting or analysis **OR** 11 years of experience planning corporate events, contracting and analysis* 5 years experience with high level VIP events including event planning for executive leadership* Analytical skills to support and enhance strategy and goals.* Ability to function in ambiguous, time sensitive and highly confidential situations.* Interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills in interviewing and meeting with key resource buyers and users.* Knowledge of travel industry and associated pricing* Knowledge of CVENT* Knowledge of industry trends* Ability to travel for extended periods when necessary* Working knowledge of onsite operations, including AV, and staging* Experience with Multi-Million dollar budgets, revenue management and expenses.* CMP Certification* This position requires travel for extended periods of time including after hours and weekend/holiday support when needed.**Preferred Job Qualifications:*** Experience planning high level meetings* Experience with travel arrangements, catering, audio visual etc.* Ability to make decisions on the go* Experience and understanding of hospitality* CVENT experience is a plusPlease note that this role is **HYBRID** with an in-office requirement of 3 days a week### ### **Pay Transparency Statement:**At Health Care Service Corporation, you will be part of an organization committed to offering meaningful benefits to our employees to support their life outside of work.
