Including travel, set up, and scheduling of staff. Represent OccMed by serving new and existing clients while acting as a liaison between employers, operations, and regional OccMed leadership team for onsite OccMed episodic services and support in clinic based questions.**Job Description**Prepares and conducts set up of equipment and supplies for onsite events. Maintains the monthly and yearly maintenance/calibrations of equipment. Ensures all equipment is in working order. Maintains all requirements, licensure and certifications needed for conducting testing. Coordinates the travel arrangements for travel or staff travel including the hotel stays and travel per diems.Completes testing, entry of labs and other clinic results into electronic medical record and reviews results for problem labs needing further review by a provider or staff. Coordinates the results to the company in the designated timeframe. Responsible for the billing/invoicing of event by entering into the EMR. Follow up with clients after the event for review of service provided and/or future event bookings.Works onsite events and serves as a mentor for staff who may also work the event insuring appropriate certifications and competencies are completed. Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in schedule and process. Will hold strong interpersonal communication skills to provide effective coordination and testing when necessary. Develops relationships and provides excellent customer service to clients and potential clients. Identify new service opportunities by assessing customer needs and collaborating with regional leadership in addressing any service or customer service issues. Responds to customer inquiries by providing a speedy and thorough resolution to meet client/customer needs, issues or problems related to onsite services or OccMed services overall.Works with internal staff to provide pricing for event given location, amount of time at event and number of clients served. Coordinates with clients to determine set up of event, staffing and schedule. Works within OccMed clinic to provider similar services as necessary to serve client needs.Must be team-oriented, patient focused, and self-directed. Possess effective collaborative skills to foster diverse learning in multiple settings. Have strong organization and prioritization ability.Travel may be needed including overnight, early morning or late evening testing. Flexibility in schedule is required.**Qualifications**Bachelor’s degree required. In lieu of education, leadership may consider a minimum of six years’ applicable experience.

May require clinical license or certification depending upon scope of practice within services provided to clients.Valid driver's license required.Occupational Hearing Conservationist (OHC) certification required. If not certified, will provide training and certification within 6 months of hire.Drug Testing Certification required.
