Position 1: Door-to-Door Canvasser
Pay: $20.00 per hour + Commission Opportunities
Responsibilities
Knock on doors in designated areas and introduce our services
Engage with homeowners and develop positive working relationships
Highlight the advantages and benefits of our services, including roofing, windows, siding, and gutter work
Arrange appointments with homeowners to receive free project estimates
Attend team meetings and training sessions
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Walk and stand for long periods while canvassing neighborhoods
Qualifications
Good communication skills and the ability to work with people
Positive attitude and a team player mentality
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude
Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
No experience necessary, full training provided.
Position 2: Canvas Manager Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour + Commission Opportunities
This is a leadership role for an individual who understands canvassing and is prepared to lead and develop a highly successful team of canvassers.

Recruit, train, and develop a top-notch canvassing team
Be a leader by example: Get out in the field with your team
Establish daily and weekly performance objectives
Track team metrics and maintain accountability
Inspire your team and build a high-energy team culture
Assist in developing new canvassers into top performers
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of canvassing experience required
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead a fast-paced field team
