Hard Rock is committed to providing the best experience any customer can have, so exceptional guest service is our #1 priority, and our team members are our most valuable asset.**Position Summary**Property Compliance Coordinator will assist the Regulatory Compliance Supervisor in performing compliance activities and facilitating responsible gaming efforts for one or multiple operational properties. This person will be responsible for the coordination and investigation of all front-of-house Suspicious Activity Investigation Reports and completion of all required quarterly regulatory audits.**Essential Functions*** Performs necessary investigations of all front-of-house Suspicious Activity Investigation Reports and prepares initial SARs for review. After approval, submits all front and back of house SARs to the BSA* Assists the Regulatory Compliance Supervisor in monitoring Title 31/SAR training of all applicable property employees.* Performs other tasks as assigned, to include, but not limited to:* Assists the Regulatory Compliance Supervisor with gathering information in response to subpoenas* Performs quarterly sensitive key audits where required* Performs quarterly gaming system access reviews where required* Assists in notifications to Regulatory Agency* Performs quarterly currency counter tests where required* Reviews all airfare/discount forms for compliance with regulatory requirements* Assists the Regulatory Compliance Supervisor in performing follow-up of internal/external audit findings* Assists the Regulatory Compliance Supervisor in gathering information for IRS audit documentation requests* Assists with compiling responsible gaming data for property reports and conducts responsible gaming audits as required by regulatory.**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities*** Ability to read and interpret gaming statutes, rules, and regulations. Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, and procedures from an operational perspective, identify any relevant concerns, and formulate or provide input for solutions.* Ability to manage multi-faceted projects to a successful conclusion.* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.* Ability to respond to inquiries or requests from regulatory agencies.* Ability to effectively communicate policies and procedures to groups or individuals of the Company.* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. (Excel, Word, etc.)* Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business**Education and Experience*** High School Diploma or equivalent required.* Experience with casino operations is preferred.**Required Certification/License**Ability to obtain a Gaming Occupational License within the State of Ohio #J-18808-Ljbffr
