Job Summary We are seeking reliable and
detail-oriented Packaging Associates
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for carefully packaging
perfumes and candles , ensuring products meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable using a
computer to print product labels and order information .
Key Responsibilities
Carefully package
perfume bottles, candles, and related products
according to company standards.
Inspect products for
quality, accuracy, and damage
before packaging.
Print
product labels and shipping labels
using a computer system.
Apply labels accurately to products and packaging.
Assemble boxes, protective packaging, and inserts to ensure safe delivery.
Verify that
orders match packing slips and product labels .
Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
Assist with
basic shipping and order preparation
as needed.
Follow all company safety and packaging procedures.
Qualifications
High attention to detail
and ability to work with fragile products.
Basic
computer skills
required (printing labels, navigating simple systems).
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to
25–30 lbs .
Preferred Experience (Higher Pay Tier – $20/hour) Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas may qualify for
$20/hour :
Shipping and order fulfillment
Product packaging or warehouse packaging
Inventory handling or product preparation
