They are looking for a Creative Strategist who’s obsessed with scroll-stopping, high-converting Meta ad creatives. This role is all about crafting ideas — from concept to copy — that are fun, human, direct-response driven, and made to perform.

If you’re a natural conceptual thinker, love writing, and are constantly analyzing what’s working (and what’s not) in the world of Meta ads, this might be your perfect fit.

This role is not for designers or campaign managers — it’s all about creative strategy: crafting concepts, writing scroll-stopping scripts, and staying ahead of the curve in what’s performing on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads

What You'll Do

Develop creative concepts for Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a performance-first mindset

Write compelling copy and ad scripts rooted in audience insight and emotional triggers

Analyze data from past creatives and use those insights to iterate and ideate stronger ads

Stay on top of trends and what’s working in the Meta creative landscape — you’re a student of the game

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and editors to bring your concepts to life

Brainstorm and pitch “big ideas” for new ad angles, hooks, and creative structures

Use creative briefs and feedback loops to keep assets aligned with brand goals

Occasionally participate in client calls to share ideas or insights

What You Need

4+ years in a creative, strategy, or content-focused role — ideally in paid social or performance marketing.

Strong copywriting and conceptual skills — you love writing, scripting, and ideating fresh angles

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and understanding of ad performance metrics

Curiosity and hunger to test, learn, and optimize creativity through experimentation

Solid understanding of direct-response principles and consumer psychology

Comfortable collaborating across teams and giving/receiving creative feedback

Bonus: You’ve run Meta ads or been close to the execution side

Bonus: You follow performance marketers and creative trends closely

Salary & Perks

This is a full-time, long-term position.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.

Work from home.

Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.
