Verbszmarketing is hiring: Intern – Digital Marketing (SEM) in Reston

SEM / Performance Marketing Intern to support paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads . This role is ideal for candidates who have hands‑on exposure to campaign execution, keyword research, and performance optimization. You will work closely with the performance marketing team to manage campaigns, analyze metrics, and improve ROI. Key Responsibilities: Assist in setting up and managing Google Search & Display Ads Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Semrush, etc. Perform competitor and search query analysis Monitor campaign performance (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) Optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives for better performance Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Assist in A/B testing of ad copies and landing pages Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic understanding of Google Ads & PPC marketing Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager Knowledge of performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate) Understanding of keyword research and audience targeting Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Search Console Good analytical and communication skills Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads Certification (Search preferred) Experience running small‑budget campaigns (project/internship level) Familiarity with tools like Semrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog What You’ll Gain: Hands‑on experience managing live ad campaigns Exposure to real‑time performance marketing strategies Opportunity to work with cross‑functional marketing teams Career growth in Digital & Performance Marketing Verbsz Technologies Pvt.
