We are looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist (Senior Reward Analyst) to join our HR Global Benefits Team. This role offers the chance to extend and improve our global benefits strategy and influence global retailers.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
Manage US cyclical enrollment, reporting, launch, and communication. Roll out benefits packages and renewals, preferably with global experience. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating approachability and clarity. Recommend practices and governance to ensure approved standards are communicated, followed, and remain effective. Organise day‑to‑day work efficiently while handling complex queries and meeting deadlines. Support strategic initiatives with project exposure and track/manage implementations. Follow multi‑transactional processes and ensure timely compliance with documents, forms and deadlines. What You Can Expect From Us
