Opportunity Leasing Manager – Seattle, WA Sares Regis Group of Newport Beach, California, is a privately held real estate development, investment and management firm that focuses on commercial properties and multifamily communities in the western United States. Since its founding in 1993, SRG has developed and acquired more than $7 billion in commercial and residential assets, managing a portfolio of approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space and 42,000 apartment units.
Days required: Tuesday – Saturday or Wednesday – Sunday.
Responsibilities
Supervisory responsibilities: the Leasing Manager supervises leasing consultants and may supervise other staff related to community relations; hires and develops an effective leasing team, which includes setting goals, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in conjunction with the community manager; writes and delivers performance reviews.
Creates, implements, adjusts and monitors the marketing plan, including inventory management and updates to marketing collateral.
Conducts competitive analysis; informs management and subordinates of market conditions; identifies potential market challenges; develops a strong network of peers in the competitive marketplace; and builds productive relationships with employers and other prospect sources.
Reviews daily rent recommendations and proactively identifies opportunities to maximize income, whether or not a rent optimizer is in use; operates within budget and sets leasing goals to meet budgeted occupancy and income.
Reads, follows, and implements the company and employee handbooks, property policy manuals, and any other governing documents.
Qualifications
Demonstrated sales and customer service experience – a must.
Lease‑up experience – preferred.
Yardi experience – preferred.
Related property management experience – required.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Effective listening and communication skills; ability to work well on a team.
Ability to work weekends – a must.
Yardi CRM or similar platform – preferred.
Supervisory experience – a must.
Salary range: $23.00–$25.00 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(k) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full‑time employees (30–40 hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time is accrued in accordance with law.
This bonus will be paid in two lump‑sum checks: 50% on the 45th day and 50% on the 90th day after you start employment with Sares Regis Operating Company L.P. (“Sares Regis Group”). To earn the signing and retention bonus, you must remain employed by Sares Regis Group for 12 months after your start date.
