Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a New York City Real Estate Agent working with the New York Auto Museum Experience Center. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing real property transactions, conducting sales negotiations, and representing the museum's real estate interest. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with property-related needs, and leveraging knowledge of the real estate market to achieve business objectives. Strong communication, sales, and property management skills are key to succeeding in this role. Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of real estate principles Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property management Experience in Sales, including lead generation and deal closing Customer Service skills, with a focus on excellent interpersonal communication and client relationship management Strong negotiation and organizational skills, with attention to detail Familiarity with New York City's property market Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
