An organization is seeking a Leasing Specialist to support commercial real estate leasing activities across multiple locations. This role will assist with facility space acquisition, lease negotiations, and the review of lease documentation associated with operational facilities.
The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate multiple lease transactions simultaneously while working with internal stakeholders and external real estate partners.
Key Responsibilities
Support
facility space acquisition and leasing activities
across multiple locations
Review and analyze
lease proposals, financial terms, and supporting documentation
Assist with preparation and review of
letters of intent, lease agreements, amendments, and related documentation
Coordinate with
property owners, brokers, and internal stakeholders
throughout the leasing process
Track the progress of
multiple active lease transactions
and maintain accurate documentation
Assist with
lease negotiations and transaction coordination
Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding leasing activity and timelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
Experience supporting or coordinating
real estate lease transactions
Ability to review and interpret
lease documents and financial terms
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with
commercial or institutional real estate transactions
Familiarity with
lease negotiations, lease documentation, and transaction coordination
Experience collaborating with
brokers, property owners, and internal stakeholders
