ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, GRADUATE FINANCIAL AID, QUESTROM, Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid
Position Type: Full-Time/Regular. Salary Grade: Grade 46 ($55,300.00 - $69,700.00). Location: Boston, MA, United States.
This position reports to the Associate Director of Graduate Financial Aid and provides operational support for Questrom's graduate financial aid processes to help meet recruitment and retention goals. The role primarily handles day‑to‑day awarding and student‑services workflows for the Online programs (Online MBA and Online MS in AI in Business) while also supporting award processing and operational needs across all Questrom graduate programs.
Responsibilities
Timely review of financial aid applications
Accurate awarding
Maintenance of student records in university systems
Routine student counseling
Partner with the Associate Director and Director to implement awarding strategies and ensure compliance for over 1,500 graduate students and applicants
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
1–3 years of financial aid experience in higher education or a similar industry preferred
Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions
Great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
