Lead, Global Experiences

Meta, New York, NY, United States

Meta is seeking an accomplished experiential marketer to join Global Experiences as Lead, Global Experiences. You will set strategy and lead end-to-end delivery of flagship, relevant experiences across in‑person, hybrid, and digital-first formats—showcasing Meta’s full portfolio, focusing on Reality Labs and AI. This role is highly cross-company. You will drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Communications, Creative, Partnerships, and other stakeholders to translate complex product narratives into experiences that earn attention, deepen understanding, and drive measurable outcomes.

Lead, Global Experiences Responsibilities

Own experiential strategy and roadmap: Define experience strategy, target audiences, narratives, and success metrics

Translate into creative briefs, program plans, and decision points

Lead cross-company delivery: Orchestrate multi-organization teams to concept, produce, and execute experiences that represent Meta’s full portfolio (RL-forward) across global moments and channels

Build compelling emerging-tech storytelling: Translate Reality Labs and AI capabilities into clear, responsible, human-centered experiential moments and demos

Drive creative and production: Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies/vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand experiences with operational rigor

Influence and stakeholder management: Build durable relationships and drive decisions with executive stakeholders—balancing competing goals, constraints, and timelines without formal authority

Measurement and reporting: Partner with Analytics/Decision Science to define hypotheses, key performance indicators, and readouts

Turn learnings into iteration and improved ROI over time

Budget and resource leadership: Own budgets, forecasting, and resourcing in partnership with Finance/Planning

Ensure efficient delivery and vendor accountability

Identify new opportunities: Evaluate relevant moments, platforms, partners, and formats to expand Meta’s experiential footprint and impact

Travel as required for planning and on-site execution

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years in experiential marketing/events, including strategy + end-to-end execution for large-scale programs

Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder, cross-functional work and drive decisions in ambiguous environments

Track record translating product/brand narratives into experiences that deliver measurable outcomes (not just outputs)

Experience across B2C and B2B experiential programs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in tech hardware, marketing technology, or media industry

Experience in brand marketing, creative technology, and integrated campaign development

Familiarity with Meta’s product ecosystem and ability to work across multiple product lines

Experience translating AI product capabilities into clear, responsible consumer narratives and experiential moments

Experience using AI-enabled creative and production workflows (e.g., rapid prototyping, content iteration) to accelerate experiential development
