Personal Lines Account Manager

The Jonus Group is looking to add a

Personal Lines Account Manager

to our team in

West Palm Beach, FL.

This role is ideal for someone with a

Property & Casualty insurance background

who enjoys client interaction and managing day-to-day account servicing.

Responsibilities

Manage daily servicing of personal lines accounts

Assist clients with coverage questions, policy changes, and claims support

Handle new business and renewal processing

Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

Experience working in the

Property & Casualty insurance industry

Personal lines account management or servicing experience preferred

Familiarity with

AMS360

or

Applied Epic

is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills
