Job Description
First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Commercial Loan Support Specialist to join our Commercial Loan Center.
Compensation The hourly pay range for this role is $18.00 - $24.50/hr; commensurate with experience.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary).
Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible to process commercial loan files after booking. Commercial Loan Support Specialists rotate specific job responsibilities and serve as backup for each other. Job responsibilities include forwarding and/or filing loan documents in accordance with Bank procedures, inputting and tracking Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) financing statements and insurance, and preparing releases of collateral.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field required, preferred.
1-2 year(s) experience in commercial loan operations or real estate lending preferred.
Able to plan and organize.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Good time management skills.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
