Dexian is hiring for a Full Desk Recruiter position within their Permanent Placement Accounting & Finance division. While we're predominantly known as an IT Staffing company, this is an up and coming group that has a ton of room for growth. Think of us as a start-up boutique within a $1B+ conglomerate with access to all of the recruiting, business development, marketing, and IT resources that you would ever need!

Account Manager (or Senior Account Manager), Full Desk Compensation : Base + Commission structure Base salary will be HIGHLY competitive within the market and will depend on your experience Hybrid (3/2) Highly collaborative group - here to help others succeed! A&F focus with the ability to work other verticals at your discretion DFW focus with the ability to work other geo markets at your discretion Annual President's Club trips and quarterly contests throughout the year Limited "Client Ownership" within the DFW market - since we're an emerging group, the vast majority of DFW clients have not yet been engaged/covered by Dexian A+ Office Space in Granite Park (covered parking, fitness facilities, nature trails, etc.) Excellent and affordable benefits! 401(k) match program Unlimited PTO Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients on-site at their offices, at social events, or virtually Understand client business and initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to facilitate accurate market searches which yield top-tier candidates Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients Expand client base through networking and cold calling with new contacts, developing relationships and partnerships through entertaining clients through client meetings in/out of the office, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, sporting events, concerts, etc. Experience recruiting candidates in the following areas: accounting, finance, audit, financial reporting, technical accounting, tax, investment banking, M&A consulting, HR, and general business operations Responsible for soliciting current market opportunities (via cold calling, LinkedIn Messages, referrals, and networking) to potential candidates Preferred software exposure: Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, MS Teams & LinkedIn Recruiter Requirements
4+ years of full desk recruiting experience (sales & recruiting) Expertise within the accounting/finance space highly desired Bachelors degree from an accredited university Must be organized and operate with a high sense of urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail
