Enterprise Risk Management Lead/Manager

Akkodis is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Lead/Manager for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. Candidates must possess deep ERM and audit knowledge and will coordinate risk mitigation activities while integrating enterprise risks with corporate strategy.
Rate Range : $56/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Enterprise Risk Management Lead/Manager Job Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end ERM program, including risk identification, assessment, scoring, and ongoing monitoring across business units.
Partner with risk owners to define and maintain KRAs/KRIs, collect supporting data, and track mitigation actions to closure.
Coordinate development, updates, and escalation of risk mitigation plans; prepare periodic reports and dashboards for the risk committee and executive leadership.
Collaborate with Analytics to develop risk analytics and insights, and with Corporate Strategy to align enterprise risks and mitigation plans with strategic objectives.
Ensure audit readiness and control adherence by identifying process gaps, proposing remediation, and validating implementation.
Drive program governance and cadence (monthly/quarterly reviews), maintaining timely follow‑ups, accurate documentation, and consistent program administration.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
6–8 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, or related governance functions.
Strong understanding of audit requirements and ERM frameworks, with the ability to identify process gaps and define effective mitigation strategies.
Proven experience collaborating with risk owners to develop KRAs, gather risk data, prepare mitigation plans, and support ERM reporting and governance cycles.

Pay Details $56.00 to $64.00 per hour
