Job Description
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills and be proficient in AMS software, preferably Hawksoft. This position will involve working with a variety of personal lines insurance products, including high net worth and standard policies.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including high net worth and standard policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing exceptional service
Process new business, endorsements, and renewals with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and secure coverage for clients
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and underwriting guidelines to provide informed advice to clients
Assist in resolving client inquiries, issues, and claims in a timely and empathetic manner
contribute to the growth and retention of the personal lines book of business
Uphold company standards and compliance requirements while delivering top-notch service
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry
Proficiency in AMS software, preferably Hawksoft
In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance, including high net worth and standard policies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
