Construction Superintendent (Traveling)

Our client is seeking a Traveling Superintendent with multifamily construction experience to support upcoming projects across the United States. The first assignment will be an upcoming student housing development in Columbia, Missouri, with additional projects expected to follow as new work is awarded.
Despite recent slowdowns across the multifamily market, our client has maintained consistent project volume and is now entering a strong growth phase, making this an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent interested in long-term career stability and project leadership.
Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion Create, manage, and drive the project schedule to ensure milestones and deadlines are met Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Maintain project safety, quality control, and productivity standards Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Lead jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction, specifically in podium and wrap-style apartment complexes Student housing experience strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to build and maintain project schedules Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Stable work history with strong tenure History of great tenure Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for projects
