About Us Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Revenue Reporting Specialist to support accurate revenue recognition, reporting, and analysis in a fast‑paced corporate accounting environment. This role will play a key part in ensuring revenue data integrity, supporting month‑end close activities, and partnering cross‑functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and distribution of regular and ad‑hoc revenue reports.

Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.

Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.

Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including charitable status, taxation, and other relevant legislation.

Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.

Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting.

Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.

Oversee the bookkeeping function including the maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation.

Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate.

Provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to optimize cost‑effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field is required.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Proficiency in Data Warehousing and Python.

Strong knowledge of report automation.

Experience in data analysis and interpretation.

Excellent problem‑solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations, as well as healthcare financial ethics.

CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
