What You’ll Do
Handle inbound calls and assigned leads daily
Quote and close personal lines policies (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
Cross-sell and bundle to maximize account value
Follow up aggressively on all opportunities
Hit daily activity and monthly production targets
Deliver a professional, structured sales experience
Daily Structure
Morning team training / coaching
High-volume dialing + inbound handling
Quoting and closing
Pipeline follow-up
Comp & Incentives
$35,000 base salary
Uncapped commission (top performers $100K+)
$1,000 Qualifying sign-on bonus
$500: Licensed upon start date + 15 items in month 1
$500: 20 items in month 2
Performance bonuses + growth opportunities
