Our partner firm, Confidence Financial Partners, is seeking a relationship-driven Sales Advisor who thrives on connecting with people and guiding them toward a confident financial future. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, presenting financial concepts in a clear and engaging way, and helping prospective clients take the next step toward comprehensive financial planning. As a Sales Advisor, you will focus on engaging prospective clients through firm-sponsored events, referrals, and marketing initiatives. You will lead the first and second meetings with prospects, uncover their financial goals and concerns, and help them understand how Confidence Financial Partners can support their long-term success. Once clients are onboarded, you will collaborate closely with our Wealth Management Advisors who deliver ongoing planning and advisory services. This role may also include managing a small segment of firm-owned client relationships while continuing to focus on new client acquisition. Location
This is a full-time position located in Colorado Springs, CO. Key Responsibilities
Lead initial and follow-up meetings with prospective clients to understand their goals, concerns, and financial priorities Present the firm’s financial planning philosophy and clearly communicate the value of working with Confidence Financial Partners Convert qualified prospects into long-term clients of the firm Present at firm-hosted educational workshops, seminars, and client events Engage with prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and firm outreach initiatives Guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition to the advisory team for ongoing service Maintain detailed documentation of prospect meetings and pipeline activity in the firm’s CRM system Build relationships within the community to support the firm’s visibility and growth Collaborate closely with Wealth Management Advisors, marketing, and leadership to support the firm’s growth strategy Manage a limited number of firm-owned client relationships as assigned Training & Development
Personalized mentorship from experienced financial planning leaders Ongoing training in financial planning strategies, client discovery, and consultative sales practices Brand support and marketing resources to help grow your professional presence in the community Requirements
What You Bring
Active Life, and Series 65 licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe) 2+ years of experience in financial services, relationship management, or consultative sales Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and confidently Experience conducting client discovery meetings and building trust quickly Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills Highly organized with strong pipeline and CRM management discipline A passion for helping individuals and families make confident financial decisions Compensation
$70,000–$90,000 base salary (depending on experience and credentials), plus performance-based bonus with significant upside potential. Benefits & Perks
