As a Licensing Specialist at a Microsoft Learning Partner, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Microsoft licensing programs, guiding customers through the complexities of volume licensing, subscription-based agreements, and cloud service entitlements. This customer‑facing role combines deep product knowledge with consultative sales skills to ensure clients select, manage, and optimize their Microsoft software and cloud investments. You will collaborate closely with account managers, technical trainers, and Microsoft partner resources to deliver accurate licensing guidance and drive customer satisfaction.
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.
Pay and Benefits Pay range $40.00 – $50.00/hr.
