About the Role The RFP / RFQ Pricing Analyst owns the end-to-end pricing and bid management process—from initial request through submission, award analysis, and post-mortem review. This role is responsible for developing competitive, profitable, and serviceable lane-level pricing strategies, while also equipping sales teams with clear selling points that highlight Circle Logistics’ strengths on specific freight lanes and networks. This position sits at the intersection of pricing, sales, operations, and carrier procurement, requiring strong analytical skills, market awareness, and the ability to translate data into commercially effective recommendations. The analyst directly impacts revenue growth, margin performance, and customer win rates.

Own the full bid lifecycle: intake, assumptions, modeling, internal coordination, submission, clarification support, award review, and post-award analysis.
Lead or support bid coordination across Sales, Operations, and Carrier Services to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant responses.
Manage timelines, version control, documentation, and submission accuracy across multiple concurrent bid events.
Develop lane-specific pricing models using historical shipment data, carrier cost inputs, market intelligence, seasonality, and network balance considerations.
Identify lanes to price offensively versus defensively based on strategic value, incumbent position, backhaul opportunities, and service expectations.
Ensure pricing aligns with margin targets while remaining executable and competitive in real market conditions.
