Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated support to customers throughout the inheritance and asset transfer process
Communicate with customers via phone and email with professionalism, empathy, and transparency
Process and follow up on customer service requests to ensure timely completion
Set clear expectations and provide consistent updates to customers and beneficiaries
Deliver excellent service to both internal teams and external customers
Research and resolve customer inquiries accurately and efficiently
Document case interactions and manage daily caseload using internal systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and identity verification procedures
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in
customer service, banking, or financial services
Experience supporting
client or customer accounts
preferred
Knowledge of
financial accounts, retirement plans, or asset transfers
is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in
brokerage, wealth management, or financial operations
