
Property Administrator

About The Role
As a CBRE Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing advanced customer service support to tenants and vendors. This job is within the Property Management job function and involves operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
What You’ll Do
Assist management with various administrative tasks, including answering phones, communicating with tenants, preparing expense reports, scheduling meetings, filing, and copying.
Maintain files such as insurance certificates and leases, verifying they are up to date and compliant with company policies.
Collaborate with Building Technicians and vendors to compile maintenance lists, open work orders, coordinate, and monitor status of vendor work.
Review internal lease administration documents such as lease abstracts, oversee lease setup, changes, and reporting.
Prepare tenant bills and submit them upon approval.
Help produce monthly and quarterly management reports.
Submit invoices for payment and purchase orders by entering them into the accounting system.
Forward original invoices to accounting for payment.
Identify and resolve typical and atypical problems within the work area.
Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
Enhance team quality through the services or information provided.
Follow standardized procedures and practices while receiving moderate supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job‑related experience.
A comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function.
Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual or complex content concisely and logically.
In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and strong organizational skills.
Advanced math skills, including calculations of percentages, discounts, and markups.

Compensation & Benefits The minimum salary for this position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary is $125,000 annually. Successful candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on the applicable benefit program. Benefits include 401(K), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
