Essential Functions
Drive definition of future state solution architecture by establishing strong business relationships, creating a strategic roadmap for realizing the vision, and articulating technology impact to business processes and the overall function.
Provide strategic oversight of relevant technologies and platforms.
Monitor industry and technical trends and recommend appropriate technologies and platforms to accommodate evolving regulatory requirements, user needs and business and functional requirements.
Lead the development, support and rollout of relevant technologies and platforms.
Accountable for overall quality and delivery of technology solutions.
Application Support and Operations Management
Manage the development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of relevant platforms with business and IT and stakeholders as required.
Oversee provision of end‑user services, including technical support services.
Coordinate and monitor support activity daily.
Escalate major incidents within the IT organization and/or cloud provider.
Communicate support status on a regular basis.
Ensure managed service partners are meeting established SLAs.
Oversee SaaS provider system and support performance.
Manage IT assets and software components and liaise with infrastructure teams for hardware and equipment asset management, as required.
Assist in negotiations and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements, as required.
Requirements
Education, Work Experience, and Domain Knowledge
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems, or business administration.
5‑7 years related work experience in pharmaceutical domain designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise‑grade Revenue Management (Contracting, Gov’t Pricing) oriented technical solutions (e.g., Model N Powered N) meeting complex business requirements.
Minimum 4 years’ experience supporting /administering Model N Power by N SaaS platform.
Leadership and Teamwork
Demonstrated skills in helping negotiate priorities and resolving conflicts among project and functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and solutions.
Communication, Organization and Problem‑Solving Skills
Strong problem‑solving and software triage skills with ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced and rapidly changing work environment to dissect root cause of issues creating the best solution for Eisai considering quality, cost, and speed requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical subjects.
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with a strong customer‑centric focus.
Strong project management with ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly fast‑paced and changing dynamic environment.

Eisai Salary Transparency Language:
The annual base salary range for the Manager, Americas Revenue Management Platform IT is from $123,600–$162,200. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
