
Contract Sales Recruiter (Temporary)

As a Contract Sales Recruiter at Vasion, you will play a critical role in our talent acquisition process by identifying and attracting top sales professionals to join our growing team. This temporary position requires effective collaboration with hiring managers and HR to streamline the recruitment process and enhance our candidate experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in sales and marketing roles
Strong understanding of Vasion's culture and values to ensure alignment in candidate selection
Expertise in utilizing various recruiting platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks
Ability to engage and build relationships with passive candidates through networking and outreach
Skilled in conducting initial screenings and assessing candidates for fit
Experience in coordinating interviews and managing the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Proficiency in maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong communication skills to provide updates to stakeholders and keep candidates informed
A proactive approach to identifying areas for recruitment process improvement
Ability to collaborate effectively with HRBPs and hiring managers to fulfill immediate and long-term hiring needs
